Mr. Nitish Kumar is a working professional with more than two decades of expertise across various domains. He has graduated with a Bachelor’s in Agriculture followed by a Post-Graduation in Business Management with a major in Marketing. He is a Gold Medallist for being the topper student in B.Sc. (Agriculture) from Gujarat Agricultural University.

At present, Mr. Kumar is working with Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Limited (IFFCO) in its Strategy & Joint Ventures division. He has also served IFFCO Kisan Suvidha Limited during its early years in different roles.

In IFFCO, he has been entrusted with matters related to financial, technical & legal aspects of all IFFCO’s Joint-Ventures, Subsidiaries and Associate companies in India as well as overseas. Mr. Kumar has extensive experience in carrying end-to-end financial & legal due-diligence, business modelling, financial analysis and valuation exercises. He has successfully completed numerous high-priority projects working in tandem with IFFCO’s top leadership.

Mr. Sanjay Khandelwal holds Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Delhi University, Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and has also done Law Graduation from Delhi University. He joined with Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Ltd. (IFFCO) group in the year 2008 and held various positions during since last 16 years with IFFCO.

He has contributed in the finalisation of various Joint Ventures, incorporation of subsidiaries and Strategic Investments made by IFFCO and its Subsidiaries. His major assignment included negotiation and finalisation of various Joint Venture and Strategic Investment Agreements, formation of various Joint Venture Companies, stabilising the initial structures for these ventures and setting up necessary compliance systems for running the businesses.

An effective out of box thinker with attitude to solve the problems, he has been able to solve various issues and maintain cordial relationships with stakeholders. Presently he is holding position of DGM (S&JV) in IFFCO and additionally looking after the responsibilities of Company Secretary of a Wholly owned Subsidiary of IFFCO. Prior to joining IFFCO in 2008, he had a worked as Company Secretary with reputed Companies engaged in Civil Construction, Retail, Packaging and Telecom Sector from April, 2002 to December, 2008.

With 46 years of experience in the Indian corporate sector, Mr Ranjan Sharma brings a diverse set of skills to the table. He holds qualifications as a Cost Accountant and a Company Secretary besides being a law graduate. He worked with traditional Indian business houses as well as multinational companies. His major accomplishments include implementation of mega sized fertilizer projects with investments exceeding USD 1 billion, putting together management teams and financial structures and setting up systems for smooth running of these businesses. He concluded more than a dozen international collaborations during his career. After being an entrepreneur since 2006, Mr Sharma received acclaim for the unique venture in rural telephony, providing value added services to Indian farmers through mobile phones which evolved into IFFCO Kisan Suvidha Ltd in collaboration with the fertilizer giant IFFCO. Utilising the same platform, an NBFC under the name and style of IFFCO Kisan Finance was founded in 2018, aimed at enhancing financial inclusion among the farming community and small businesses across rural India and small towns where he holds the position of Managing Director since inception.
